Provide all relevant details carefully, before

An application number will be generated after
submission.
Application cost of Rs.1200/- (inclusive of GST) and it is
non-refundable.It can only be paid through Online mode (Net
banking / Debit card / Credit card).
Passport size color photograph (3.5 cm X 4.5 cm) in
jpg / jpeg format with a maximum file size of 200 KB.
Signature of the candidate (3.5 CM X 1.5 CM) in jpg / jpeg format with a maximum file size of
200 KB.
Mark Sheets of all semesters / years of the qualifying examination upto pre-final / final year as applicable (OR) Consolidated Marksheet as applicable.
Provisional/Degree Certificate
Community Certificate (only for SC/ST categories)
Nativity Certificate (for Jammu & Kashmir / Ladakh and North Eastern State candidates only)
